Description Conversion of an existing (very run down) garage into a studio space. The building was stripped back to the timber studs and reclad in shadow clad which was then stained ebony. The interior space was divided into a studio and workshop (joined by a large swing door). The walls, floor and ceiling were lined with OSB board and stained ebony. The aim was to create the feeling of an inserted timber box. New large windows and external doors were inserted.
